ABPA’s Progressive Networking Dinner, March 7, 2018

The first Emerging leader presentation was on March 7, 2018. It was organized by Mike Barakat with the help of his wife and direction of Emerging Leaders Committee Chair, and board member Rush Darwish.

40 guests attended the Progressive Networking Dinner held at Pazzos Restaurant. The guests were separated in groups, each group ate the salad, introduced themselves and their business/profession followed by conversation for half hour then moved to a different table for the entree with a different group. The same procedure was followed for 1/2 hour. Again, each group moved to a different table with a different group for dessert and introductions.

This meant that each person met and engaged in conversation with 40 people in an hour and a half. A very novel and efficient way of networking.

By all measures, it was an outstanding event and a valuable service to the young professionals attending. Thanks to all who attended!
